12 Week intensive 1:1 Package

• This is for you if you prefer a more personalized approach and would like dedicated 1-1 time.
• This is a 12-week program and takes you on a total transformation on all levels – body, mind & spirit.
• We incorporate my very affective 333 Method which includes 3 Specialized Coaching sessions (3hrs), 3 Intuitive Healing sessions (3hrs), 3 Intensive Hypnosis sessions (3hrs), as well as 3 Feedback & Free talk sessions (3hrs).
• During each 4 week cycle we will have one personalized session of each service per week.
• You receive additional video trainings.
• You receive a meditation download each week.
• You receive an affirmation eBook.
• You receive various exercises as homework to assist you through your transformation.
• Through the 12 weeks you have unlimited Email & WhatsApp support.
• You receive daily Motivation & Accountability.
• You are invited to all group coaching sessions during your package at no additional cost.
• You receive a 100 Page Meal plan which focuses on plant-based eating.
