90 Minute Session.
We do a Intake and there after I explain how our mind works.
We dive deep into the subconscious mind and how hypnotherapy works.
We then have our hypnotherapy session which is deducted via Zoom.
You will find a comfortable place to relax and lay down undisturbed for the duration of our session.
Your session will be recorded and sent through to you.
For our session we use guided relaxation, intense concentration, and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness that is sometimes called a trance.
We then work on reprograming the subconscious mind and instilling new positive programs.
Hypnotherapy is a natural occurring state that happens in our every day lives. You are in a hypnotic trance when you just wake up in the morning, or just before you fall asleep. We also go into a “trance” like state when we are driving… have you found yourself somewhere where you took a wrong turn because you were in a deep daydream before? This is a form of hypnosis.
When you are in a Alpha brain wave state – you are 200 times more suggestable. This is when we make positive new suggestions to your subconscious mind.
It is important to note that a Hypnotherapist can not make you say or do anything against your will.
You are always in control and can “wake up” and be fully alert at any moment you choose.
